Heinz & Aletté September 2006, Johannesburg

Heinz and Aletté wanted a romantic, elegant wedding with holiness at the heart of the occasion. Central to their wedding design were roses and crystal. A variety of pink and white roses went into the floral designs with low, silver rose bowls and high crystal lamps strung with petals and decorated with flowers on top. We used silk cloths in silver green on the table tops, delicately embrioded with a beautiful feather design. The feather detail also appeared on Aletta’s dress and in her hair. As guests entered the venue they were met with magnificent, silk rose-petal chandeliers (each hand strung) which gave a beautiful intimacy to the room.
